Food: With the theme, Around the World with Plant-Based Eating, Chefs Judi Carvell and Brittany Jaroudi will prepare a scrumptious multi-course meal with dishes from global cuisines: French Ratatouille, Italian Tofu Ricotta Manicotti, BBQ Soy Curl sandwiches, Asian Pad Thai, plus yummy appetizers and luscious desserts!
All foods will adhere to the whole food, plant-based food groups--grains, legumes, vegetables, and fruits--and prepared without oil and added salt or sugars (though not necessarily gluten-free).
Speaker: Natalie Gentile, MD, will address the topic: Making Sustainable Lifestyle Changes from the Perspective of a Primary Care Physician.
